Another Perfect Weekend

Having just moved back to Soton, I've been able to see my boyfriend more as we're both at uni down South. I spent the weekend out of Soton and went back to his home town.

Being challenged to a game of mini golf, I thought I'd prepare myself and wear a good pair of jeans. Well that went a bit tits up - I chose a nice pair of Topshop jeans which I forgot were too big around the waist as I lost a bit of weight last year. I spent the whole day pulling them up. Sadly they really are too big, even with a belt they're too uncomfortable. I prefer comfort over style so I'll put them in the back of my wardrobe for now. Can't bring myself to chuck them away.

Mid afternoon we went shopping! In H&M we got rather distracted. But as always, I succeeded in Dorothy Perkins - in my blog I've done a post about a white cami. I've been dying to get the black one which I successfully got in my size that day. An added bonus was that it had 10% for that day! No need for student discount.

Working up an appetite, we both wanted to go to Harvester for dinner. Grabbing the opportunity to dress up, I thought I'd go smart-casual, black jeans and smart black cami with a leather jacket. can't go wrong with that.

Saturday was football day - AFC Bournemouth v Blackburn

Again, I dressed pretty comfortably. Warm jumper from H&M and black jeans (that actually fit). I should've worn my Vans, but I made a mistake wearing flat pumps to a footie match. Being the first game I've seen, I'd say to anyone who hasn't seen one to go and watch one. You'll surprise yourself how much you get into it.

Spent the evening getting ready to go out. Can't go wrong dressed all black, clutch bag and hair extensions. Effortless yet stylish.

To top off an amazing weekend, I got a parcel in the post this morning, which was the charm I ordered for my bracelet with my boyfriends initials and the day he asked me out.
